At LRG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Please note that returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be posted to your account.
Final Sale Items:
All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal at lrgcollections.com. You will be guided through the process and provided with a return authorization and instructions. Returns received without a valid return authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned: face masks, underwear, socks, jewelry, accessories, and any item that has been worn, washed, or altered.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
International Returns:
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with their return. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend declaring the value of the return as the amount paid for the merchandise.
Return Shipping:
A prepaid return shipping label is not provided. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sale Items:
Items purchased at a discounted sale price are eligible for return, provided they meet all other return criteria listed above.
